Returns and Cancellation Policy
You have a legal right to receive goods which comply with their description and which are of satisfactory quality. Our refund procedure described below does not affect your legal rights in relation to such goods. We advise that you inspect the goods promptly at the time of delivery and notify us of any defects.
If you wish to return a product you must notify us within 14 days of receiving your order. Please do so in writing to firstname.lastname@example.org and include your order number and reason for your return. You are responsible for costs incurred in returning the product to us ( unless you were in receipt of incorrect or damaged goods), which must be sent without delay and no more than 14 calendar days after the day you notified us to cancel the order.
On receipt of your return, we will promptly and fully refund the total value of your original order, unless we have reasonable cause to believe that the problem was caused after delivery. Prior to processing your refund, we may take into account relevant factors including the details of the order, including your account history, what happened on delivery, and information from the driver who delivered the item in question.
If you handle the goods whilst they are in your possession in a way which would not be permitted in a shop (like damaging the packing), we will reduce your refund to reflect the reduction in the value of the goods.
If we refund any monies it will be through our third-party payment provider (Stripe) and will be applied to the card you used to purchase the order.
If you wish to cancel your order before taking delivery of it please email email@example.com as soon as possible. If your order has not been despatched then we will cancel your order and process your refund as soon as we are able. If your order has left our warehouse and is with our carriers then we are unable to stop your delivery and you will be fully liable to pay the return shipping cost as outlined above in our returns policy.
If you have received a product that is defective you are entitled to a full refund as outlined in our returns policy, which can be arranged by getting in touch with us at firstname.lastname@example.org
All our subscriptions are on a rolling basis. You can pause or cancel your subscription at any time from the account section of our website here. If you have trouble managing your subscription yourself please contact us via email on email@example.com outlining your instruction and a member of the team will be happy to assist.
Please note: Our subscription boxes are subject to the same returns and cancellation policy as outlined above. However, if you cancel your subscription within 2 working days of your next payment date then there is a possibility that your card may still be charged by our payment provider and your order processed. If this is the case you will receive your subscription for that period as normal and the cancellation will take effect thereafter.
